Duties
The Rules Committee shall review Kentucky State Organization Bylaws and Standing Rules after each International Convention and shall propose necessary amendments to keep the documents in accordance with the Constitution and the International Standing Rules. The Rules Committee shall publish and distribute (electronically) the revised Kentucky State Organization Bylaws and Standing Rules to all chapters and Executive Board whenever revisions are made. The committee will review and approve the standing rules of each chapter once every four (4) years. Goals include:
a. revising the governing documents to align them with International governing documents, making them more visible and accessible to members;
b. making recommendations for the revision of chapter governing documents;
c. accepting and reviewing chapter governing documents;
d. communicating with state membership through articles in the Kentucky State Organization News and on the website.
